Conditions of Reservation

- Una tarjeta de crédito válida será requerida como garantía de la reserva. En esta tarjeta se harán posibles cargos extras o desperfectos en los que se incurran durante su estancia.

- El horario de entrada y salida será el siguiente según su reserva pertenezca:
- Fira Congress, entrada desde las 15:00, y salida hasta las 12:00.
- Frontair Congress, entrada desde las 15:00, y salida hasta las 12:00.
- La Siesta, entrada desde las 14:00, y salida hasta las 12:00.
- Gala, entrada desde las 14:00, y salida hasta las 12:00.
- Troya, entrada desde las 14:00, y salida hasta las 12:00.
- El hecho de indicar por parte del Cliente “Observaciones/Peticiones”, no implica que estén garantizadas.
- Si la reserva la hace mediante un CÓDIGO PROMOCIONAL, acepta que su nombre y fechas de estancia sean compartidos con la empresa proveedora.
- En las reservas (o conjunto de reservas para un mismo Cliente) de importe superior a 1000€, el Hotel se reserva el derecho de solicitar políticas especiales, que, en caso de no aceptarse, implicaría la cancelación de la reserva.
- No se admiten animales.
- El establecimiento se reserva el derecho probar la validez de la tarjeta de crédito facilitada, y en el caso de que sea inválida, informaremos al correo facilitado en el “Contacto” el incidente, y si en el plazo de 48 horas no se ha solventado, procederemos a la cancelación automática de la reserva.
- Pague en el Hotel:
• Impuestos incluidos.
• Pago directo a la llegada al hotel, mediante tarjeta de crédito/débito o en efectivo (no se aceptará divisa, cheque, u otra forma de pago).
• Política de cancelación/modificación: sin gastos hasta 24 horas antes de la llegada. Por cancelación/modificación fuera de plazo se cargará el importe íntegro de la primera noche en la tarjeta de crédito/débito facilitada.
• En caso de no presentarse en el hotel se cargará la primera noche en la tarjeta de crédito/débito facilitada.
• Tasa turística no incluida (sólo para los Hoteles en Cataluña).
- Tarifa No Reembolsable:
• Impuestos incluidos.
• Se cargará el importe total en el momento de efectuar la reserva. El cobro se realizará en euros, a través de un proveedor de servicios de banca seguro.
• Esta tarifa no permite cambios ni cancelaciones.
• En caso de que necesite realizar alguna modificación o anular la reserva, la penalización será del 100% del importe total de la estancia.
• Tasa turística no incluida (sólo para los Hoteles en Cataluña).

- Una vez seleccionada y verificada la solicitud de compra y/o reserva, usted habrá procedido a la expresa aceptación total de todas y cada una de las condiciones generales tal y como se muestran en la web de la empresa con anterioridad a la adquisición de la prestación de los servicios solicitados.
